I own richardflynn.net; its my own site. richardflynn.com is a parked domain. I got in touch with the company thats squatting there 13 months ago and was quoted $1488 USD. I didnt respond; since then Ive received a number of offers from the company in question to buy it for 15% off. The best deal they could offer me was for 20% off, but $1190 USD is still far too steep for the likes of me just to have another domain name

First Name.com: Get a loan, buy land, etc, (ie; spend money) also it was all in Japanese, so I think your ip address plays a part of it and I'm in Japan.
Last Name.com: business (architects)
