It doesn't shrink the icons. It simply over laps them. I believe it looks hideous, so if I do want more icons in my dock, I use Infinidock, which allows for horizontal scrolling in the dock. Stays clean, but you get more icons.

Ooh, I hadn't heard of that. If I ever need more on my dock, I'll give it a try. Thanks!

Same here. There's no way I could hit an icon that tiny with any kind of regularity, at least not if it looks like I'm imagining it does.

There are some people out there who do exactly what Apple says to do: Think Different.

With infinindock, my screen looks like what's shown, except my icons are not cut off, I scroll the dock to the left to see the other icons. With infiniboard, I can have more than the 16 icons per page, I scroll vertically thus beating the 11 pages of icon limit.

If you want this functionality, then you need to Think Different :apple:.

Can you tell I use my iPhone as a PDA more than as a phone? (Since I have a 3GS, voice dialing means I rarely have to open the Phone app even when I am making calls.)
