Tweetie and Twitdeck are the best. Tweetie is superior and far more polished, but Twitdeck is free so...
 
Twitvid has appeared on the appstore for free and lets us 3GS users post video, for example check my test video @ James_Rambles :D

I used tweetie for a while but tweetdeck is now my favorite.
