Bigger screen, thinner bezels, more battery, less weight, new color.
Coming from a 14 pro max.

I don’t see an issue with that. It’s the younger folk who should be prioritising other responsibilities before upgrading to a new phone each year such as mortgage deposit, etc

Most people are obviously trading in or selling their old phone. And have no hope of owning a house because the house my parents bought for 250k is now worth an easy 700k. Even several hundred dollars a year gets you exactly where in the housing market? Median monthly rent here (not a desirable area) is more than 3x what I'll pay for a new phone. Maybe people should stay out of others' business

When viewed as multiples of our weekly rent, it looks interesting. An iPhone 16, or a 13" iPad Air, are each less than 3 weeks rent of my small 2 bedroom flat.

Life is expensive these days.
