God, I don't know. I might actually have to say it's the modern version of Logic Pro X, even though they didn't originate that.

Easily the 2008 thru 2012 Mac Pro line.

Until they killed it... Aperture 3. Now I've switched to Adobe Lightroom which IMHO, is a big step backwards as a Digital Asset Manager (DAM). Admittedly, LR is stronger at image processing... but good image processing is easy to add to either LR or Aperture... but the DAM function needs to be built into the main application. I am extremely disappointed in Apple's decision to EOL Aperture.

Mac Pro 2009-2012. I have nothing against Mac Pro 2008 but it has too many many downsides (insanely expensive RAM for instance).

I would wish Apple would make a truly expendable Mac again but unfortunately its not likely.
