Journalism all the way. I was in the third grade when I realized someone had to take all the photos I was looking at in my Weekly Reader. I did not know what a photojournalist was but I stuck with it and it has been a lot of fun.

I am a big fan of architectural photography but that isn't an option so I went with landscape.

I voted for landscape/wildlife, however being the proud father of a 3 and 5
year old, I can't help taking candid photos of them. I love the 85mm/1.8
for this. Avoids the need of using a flash and allows keeping a nice distance.

I'm into photojournalism and architecture/landscape photography.

I suppose it figures as I've basically grown up in the newsroom of my reporter mom and architecture critic dad.

I've also just recently discovered that I enjoy taking somewhat informal portraits (for a long time I thought shooting people was boring, so I never put much effort into it).

Shooting people is boring, even shooting candids.

Photos of people are not.

I don't shoot people for this reason, but I do enjoy photos with people doing things that are taken by other photographers. ;)

I really like travel photography. I like challenging myself to make the famous places/monuments look unique through creative angles, details, etc. Like this picture. I took two famous icons of London (red phone booths, and Big Ben) and combined them. I also really love landscapes and wildlife.

I went for formal, only because I shoot weddings and portraits for a living.

I really love all photography.

Sports is my favorite only because you can get so much out of it. Just the expressions and odd body movements are great.

But i do like to relax from the fast paced world of sports and do a little nature photography.

Its what i do to relax and rewind to get back into sports mode. A little break from the action always helps.
