iPhone What's your favourite jailbreak tweak and why?

I tried it on my iphone 4S a few months back.... dont like it. I like Lockinfo better, but will wait for an update
Not to be a jerk, but the thread is called "What's your favourite jailbreak tweak and why?
All I see is a list of names of tweaks and have no idea what they do. Many of us are new to jailbreaking and don't want to go into Cydia and perform a search and wait for the info to load just to see what it is that might be good.
Can you guys give a short explanation of why you like it?

The best option is to google it yourself and get a short description from the search results.
When I need to know about a tweak fast I Youtube it though because a description is fine... But I need to see it in action.
LOL...that is exactly what I do. It's better to actually see the tweak in action rather than just relying on description.
This tweak gave me anxiety right after it was installed. Too harsh on the eyes. No thanks.
Zephyr - Hardly use the home button because of the awesome gesture controls
NCSettings - For quick access to frequently used settings
FolderEnhancer - No app limit. Folders with in a folder.
Springtomize 2 - Jack of all trades
SwipeSelection - Retyping words for some error you did can be slow because you'll have to bring up the magnifying glass etc. A swipe to left or right on the keyboard is the solution.
Cascade - Dock eye candy

One thing that's annoying with Zephyr is its sensitivity.
If I type something and if I wopsidaisy slide a little bit on the right side I will automatically be taken to the next application, which is pretty disturbing.
This should get fixed in some way.

I like the tweak, but the default speed was wayyyy too high. I lowered it from 2.5x to 1.4, resprung, and it was a lot more comfortable on the eyes.
I didn't realize the speed of tweak itself could be changed, but I'm okay with the current speed. Good to know though.
is there a tweak to move icons anywhere you want. It looks like gridlock is currently not working in ios6, trying to find an alternative.

but can you move icons anywhere, even if you just want one or two icons only on a row. That is the tweak I am looking for. Gridlock did this, but it doesnt work in ios6.0
