I have a HTC One. I'm new to Android so I haven't tried to make any mods to it. I'm still trying to get used to doing things in Android as opposed to iOS.

It's a pretty short learning curve IMO. Android does certain things more logically.

iPhone 4S running iOS 6.1.3, and I have a Sony Xperia T coming in the mail which I plan to put CM10.1 on. I also have a Nook Tablet running CM10.1 as well.
I got the Xperia T because it supports T-Mobiles 1700/2100 AWS, so I plan on using it when I go out and need good cellular speed and more flexiblity while the iPhone is for when I need reliability.

Ya.

HTC One Developers Edition, stock running Sense 5 over Android 4.1.2. First of the four Android handset's I've owned where I didn't feel the need to root and run a custom ROM.

Not being able to use the HTC logo as a menu button alone would make me want to root it (which I did :p)

Yeah, I thought about it but after using it for a while, I realized I don't use the menu option very often once I've configured apps initially. So while a bit annoying, I didn't find it that big of a deal (also, I've been using iPhones for years so living without it wasn't too unfamiliar :p). And as 4.2.2 has been rumored for the past month+, I figured I could just wait for the official update.

And the update for 4.2.2 has come out.

Galaxy S4 with a 64gb sd card.
Running a slim, de-bloatware'd stock rom (UXXMBEA).
Rooted, with white system apps mod installed.

AT&T HTC One, unlocked and S-OFF, running the "Google Edition" 4.2.2 ROM that has been floating around for a few days. It's pretty sweet, except for the damn menu button that shows up on the bottom of the screen for apps that require it.

I may go back to Android Revolution HD 4.2.2 Sense based ROM. The Google Edition is pretty nice but maybe a little too bare bones for me.

Droid Razr HD Maxx, Android 4.1.2 rooted, all Verizon cruft frozen (via Titanium), stock launcher frozen, other Motorola bloat frozen. Nova Prime as default launcher. Stock Android icon set, Google Keyboard, Dolphin Jetpack as default browser (fast!). A couple of kernel tweaks via ROM Toolkit Pro. Bottomless battery life.

Galaxy S4 running Stock TW with Agat's Kernel for now... may change kernel though and waiting for some of the CM issues to be fixed before I go over to it.
