What's the difference between the dev and regular editions? Just curious.

Sim unlocked
Bootloader unlocked (I actually don't care about this)
64GB
Get updates faster directly from HTC (in theory)

Also, buying through HTC returned me $100 dollars with their trade in program (traded in my old Blackberry Curve which was just collecting dust) and a $25 dollar Google gift card.

white AT&T Galaxy S4 rooted running CM10.1 TWRP recovery.

Have they fixed the status 7 errors in TWRP? I'm currently using the CWM by invisiblek which has the fix but haven't looked into if other recoveries have incorporated the fix or not.

I don't know why I keep coming back to the stock ROM. There was nothing wrong with AOKP or CM...

S3 stock 4.1.2 (waiting for official release of 4.2.2) with Nova Launcher. 32GB microSD. Any kernel recommendation for super battery life? It's quite good now but if I can improve it more then better.

Nexus 10 with CM 10.1, but will return to stock because battery life is shorter.

Waiting for Nexus 5 if it's really worth it, although I would like to try out a phablet.

I am running TWRP 2.5..0.2 and I have no issues so far. It does everything I need it to do......can boot to recovery to flash roms. Can boot to recovery and backup my system...can restore from those backups.... Love the touch interface! :)

iPhone 4 barely running 6.1.3 and a Nexus 7 running stock 4.2.2 with root. Been thinking about getting a custom ROM on the Nexus but whenever I've done that in the past I've just encountered bugs and, no matter what I do, encryption never works.

Yeah. I've tried AOKP and CM and I always go back to stock. Something about it doesn't feel right.

It's a shame really, because AOKP has some really awesome features, but I'm not sacrificing stability and security for them.

Stability was a major issue. The YT app would constantly force crash which is unacceptable.

Galaxy S4 with GE ROM v1.3. Stock, rooted.

iPhone 5 running 6.1.2 jailbroken.

Slightly off - topic: Playing with UCCW is quite fun!

My One X I use cleanrom 6.5 with elemental X kernel when I need to mirror with my TV (daily driver) and PACman when I need to tether on the go. I also have a slew of mods, can't even remember them all.

On the S4 I'm keeping it stock Nova launcher with a few custom mods. Reboot to recovery mod and multi Window hack mod. I'm really enjoying all the s features and battery life has been good so I'll probably stay with this setup for while.

Nexus 4 completely stock and couldn't be happier.

Trust me you can be happier.

CyanogenMod ROM adds a bunch of really handy features without compromising stability/smoothness and battery life is good on it too. It's only the most famous custom ROM so don't take my word for it :p
