Yes (theoretically) it shouldn't be. But just as with ANY encryption scheme, it depends on the actual implementation. If they've been sloppy with their keys, or have not properly encrypted all data before pushing it to icloud, there may be a chance that someone could crack it easily.
The TLS standard is good enough to provide internet security. However, bugs like heartbleed, GnuTLS bug or GotoFail bug show that the implementation can override theoretical security.
