My understanding is that unlike previous years, this will only be available to registered developer accounts and will show up in Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates. If so, I'm not seeing it yet...no Beta Updates section either, though I did see that section prior to today.

Search online how to activate; may require a free Dev acct, developer version is now free to everyone.
