When do iOS 9 reviews drop?

I'm pretty baffled that none of the these reviews mention the fairly obvious decline in performance and speed in iOS 9.0 GM. 9.1 made it better but still pales in comparison to the how swift 8.4.1 is on my iPhone 6. Unless they're somehow all blinded by Apple's performance hype or they're working off a different build, it doesn't really make sense to me...

Probably because not everyone has the same experience as you. iOS 8.4.1 is a joke compared to iOS 9.0 GM on my iPgone 6 and iPad Air 2 and 9.1 stepped up even more.

A joke in what way? All of the youtube comparison videos and even the results in this poll (https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/ios-9-vs-ios-8-speed-and-smoothness.1910890/) confirm what I'm talking about...
