You need to remove the iOS 9 beta profile and install the iOS 10 beta profile. It's different profiles for different iOS's.
Let's say I install 10 and it's not working out for me, will I have to go back to 9.3.2? or can I somehow reinstall the 9.3.3 profile and reinstall that?

If you have a 9.3.3 beta ipsw file sure. But if not 9.3.2 is what you would restore to. Also keep in mind. Any iOS 10 backups will not work on 9.x.x.

Yup. First step will be to make a backup of my current set up.
