There's no reason someone couldn't have released a PowerPC version of Snow Leopard for PowerPC Macs. It doesn't mean someone else can't. Doesn't mean someone else can't start. There's no reason to NOT have a PowerPC version of Snow Leopard for my G4 Quicksilver.

I've been waiting for so long…

Wasn't one of the main purposes of Snow Leopard, to REMOVE all of the PPC code, to remove excessive bloat? In order to make snow leopard run on PPC, it would do exactly the opposite. There was a product like that, it was called Leopard.

Try doing a DFU restore first. I haven't tried this on my Mac since I am already jailbroken on iOS 8.4 using TaiG. TaiG ran a lot smoother after a DFU restore.

Opening the application itself won't open.. From there it's already broken

I just downloaded and opened it on El Capitan PB. It said to close iTunes and try again. I did that and it opened and downloaded an update to the PP program. I connected my iPhone to my Mac and it recognized it as already being jailbroken on iOS 8.4. Most likely you just have a bad download.

Possibly you missed the sarcasm in my post?

Yeah my bad. I need to restart my Mac and it shows. I'll try this later. I'm still 8.3 jailboken under taig. I need to backup all my Cydia stuff

Well, I guess I must have! If the post was meant as sarcasm, I am happy that you were not serious! It is just too bad then, that I can't run Snow Leopard on my Mac SE!
LOL! We have a discussion in the PowerPC forums whereby the denizens of an OS9 only forum have "figured out a way" to give a Mac Classic Thunderbolt and Yosemite capabilities. It's a joke of course but good fun. :D
