When will iTunes have the keynote???????????

My buddy and I are planning on watching the keynote tonight when he gets outta work...he still doesn't know what the announcement was...

i have the apple.com link to view it in high quality but even there is kinda laggy (no, its not my internet connection.)

i know the keynote podcast has great quality but am wondering when that will be up...?

or if you may know of a place online where the quality is very good...
