I got mine through apple.ca as I qualify for a discount. Out of curiosity, where does everyone get their Macs in Canada?

Allow me to digress to the UK:

There are no Apple stores anywhere near the city I live in. Bear in mind I'm looking for a 15" 2.4Ghz stock model.

The local IT stores (PC World basically, oh and John Lewis) are advertising the new 2.16 and 2.33 models. PC World online has the (really) newer models (not 17") but you can't get them in-store, and only the £1599 edition can be ordered for home delivery.

Play.com have the new models, the release date is the 29th of June.

Amazon.co.uk finally have the new models. But they are more expensive than Apple and dispatch is 4-6 weeks. Pathetic :(.

Macwarehouse.co.uk have them in-stock, with a £3 discount :)! But it's an extra £10+ for delivery :(
Laptopsdirect.co.uk have them, with a £40 discount. Delivery £14.95 plus VAT.

Dabs.com don't list the new ones.
Insight have them with a a few quid discount! Amazing since last week the lead time for 4 weeks.

Am hoping PC World have them locally when I want to purchase in a few days...

I said this on the buyers gide thread too, I tried to buy mine at a retail location in Washington, but they were out of stock everywhere. So i ORDERED IT LAST NIGHT! online, at the apple store site - education discount... Im excited! My first mac!
