As I understand it, issue 1 should not affect Jailbroken iphones that remain 'locked' to a carrier (ie ATT in the States). What about issue #2???

I asked this a few days ago but never saw an answer. How can I find which JB apps are updated for 3.0? I have a couple I cant really live without.
 
just went on the dev team blog and its showing this, does this mean the jailbreak is about to come???

EDIT: maybe not! going back to the normal screen now and no sign of release!

Yeah. anyone knows if there is a mobileinstallation 3.0 already fully functional?
