Where is the keynote?

it might be something wrong with your settings,
try to choose the LOW option, maybe your connection slow

I am half way around the world, and it worked.

I heard that sometimes , few days after the keynote the servers are flooded with people watching the keynote so it doesn't work right. After few days it works fine. I tested it and its true.

None of those 3 links works for my MBP. But the other day when I was hanging in an apple store, it plays well on any of mac there

I am not technical , but your software maybe outdated?
your OS or quicktime,
