Already posted several months ago and said Chrome. Still using it, simply amazing.

So I was a long time Opera user (although I've always switched around with my browsers), however with the betas of FF4 I don't see myself switching to anything other than Firefox for quite a while.

Firefox 4 has everything I could want. The default interface looks very nice. It's got that OS X look, but is a little more mature than Safari since it doesn't have all that whimsical eye candy. That doesn't mean I don't think Firefox could use a little more animation. Safari, Chrome, and Opera are all ahead of Fox in this case. And the sync button in Firefox should actually rotate when syncing, not just light up blue.

I love the way Firefox handles bookmarking. I can't live without some of my extensions now. For example Greasemonkey, InstantFox for controlled searching right from the adressbar (better than how Chrome does it, but the same as Opera does it), QuickFox notes (Opera had this by default and I found a love for taking in browser notes), Tabscope (Opera had this by default), Thumbnail Zoom a cool way to mouse over pictures on many websites and see their full size version without clicking.

I guess there's not a lot keeping me on Firefox other than some bookmarks I don't have in Opera right now. Maybe if the next version of Opera has better extension support, or at least better extension developers I'll give it another go. But right now Firefox seems to be king. Hopefully in Firefox 5 they make it more multithreaded, refine the add-ons manager, integrate it better with OS X, and add more animations. That would make it the unarguable king of OS X browsers.

I use Google Chrome 10.0.648.204 as my primary web browser and Firefox 4.0 as my secondary browser. I like Chrome because of its speed and the fact each tab runs in its own process, so if one tab crashes it won't take down the whole browser with it. Pity that Mozilla couldn't have included running each tab as its own process, because otherwise it would have made Firefox 4.0 a really great browser. :)

I always come back to Safari. Firefox and Chromium as a backup.

To me it feels like the fastest one of all. Yes, even faster than Chrome (on a Mac). I only need an ablocking- and 1Password-extension. I love it's ui, it's not distracting me from the content.

Chrome/Chromium is also nice and fast, but it feels sluggish sometimes, esp. scrolling. And I don't like it's ui. It's way to pale imo.

At my workplace (Windows XP  - the horror!) I prefer Chrome. Backup is Firefox.

1st Firefox- better addons. More energetic development.
2nd Safari- works ok.

Some sites work better with Firefox, some with Safari. I prefer Firefox.

My favorite is Explorer 8, I would use 9 but they removed the search bar and I had a hard time getting used to using the address bar for searches. I kept hitting enter on the keyboard after entering the information in the address bar instead of clicking the Google icon. They need to bring back the search bars.

I use Safari, I'm just used to the look. And thanks to an article on lifehacker, I'm trying out Opera as a back up browser when I have slow internet(so Opera is set up not to load images, I plan to use the turbo button and a few more tweaks)

This is a Mac forum for OS X applications. We don't really care about IE around here... :p

I use Safari on Windows, I dont know why, I just like it. I think it looks like a regular Windows Application now, not the horrifying eye-sore it was when it first released.

I always used Chrome but ever since Firefox 4 came out, I've now been using that. I just love the design change.

I'm a long time Chrome user, but I noticed that Firefox 4 feels just a bit faster when I compare the two on my MacBook Pro i7. Don't know if it's because Chrome is still 32bit while Firefox 4 is 64bit?! Why doesn't Google release a 64bit Chrome version anyway?
