There is no MagSafe with the Defender Pro. The MagSafe puck will work lying flat on a table but it's hard to find the sweet spot. The back does not scratch easy but this tank has the best grip of any case I've tried so far.

Love this case too

What's the difference between this and the XT Defender?

The XT is a thinner defender and has built in magsafe. Grabbed one last night at best buy , haven’t installed it yet but it reminds me of the symmetry.

I don't get why people use camera protectors lol there ugly imho, I've been going caseless with just a glass screen protector lately
You should take the screen protector off and see and use the colorful, sharp and inky black screen!! There’s nothing like it, it looks so much better with nothing on it

Of course it's subjective, but for me, if you're using a case, the only thing left exposed of the original iPhone are the camera module, so by covering it up, you've left nothing of the original iPhone to the eye, which is a shame, since the iPhone's are nicely made/designed.

Not cases, I ordered a apple magsafe charger and brick, and a iPad stand about $122 a week ago. Went on chat to setup a return just for the magsafe charger and they said keep it and refunded the whole order.

I like them because they are nice and stealthy looking and match most of my all-black cases.
Where did you get the black ones? I’ve had three clear ones now and have not been able to get a dust free install. Once it gets dust on the inside it’s ruined.

These are the Whitestone Dome ones. There is actually nothing over the actual lenses of the cameras. This is just a thick aluminum slab that just goes around the cameras. I had the clear one on that covered the cameras, but my phone was doing a lot of hunting to focus so I changed them out for these.

They’re pretty expensive aren’t they? I have a clear Spigen on but haven’t noticed any issues with the camera as of yet. I’ll have to do some testing.

too heavy for what it is
My main complaint about the Sheath is it does not have sufficient grip. The texture feels nice but lacks the “sticky” quality that I look for in a case. Otherwise, the case is well made and fits the 13PM like a glove.

It’s a pro and a con for the case. The material is purposefully designed to not be tacky. It’s meant to have grip from only the texture, which means it doesn’t attract lint or stick to your pocket.

The biggest downside to the grip design is that it’s harder to hold with dry and cold hands. I’m warmer climates, it works spectacularly.
