as someone who’s never heard of this brand, what’s so special about them?
For me, it's the perfect combo of grip, minimalism and protection. The sheath has a textured surface which makes it really easy to grip and has a simple design. It looks more expensive than it costs IMO. Plus, it feels safe even though it's quite thin and lightweight.

I'd heard people mention their cases in the past and only tried one for first time with my 12 Mini. Don't think I'll ever buy a different brand now.

I have not had an apple silicon case in a long time. Does the silicon cases still rub off? I remember that being an issue. And isn't the silicon case thicker than the leather?

Last I saw, yes, it’s still a dust magnet in pockets, still chunkier than leather, and still peels.

If I pre-order...and I still have to decide right now.

Ooh...they brought back my favorite Apple Leather case color...DARK GREEN ("Sequoia Green")
Yeah, that would be my choice!

In anticipation of receiving an iPhone 13 in about a week, I have begun looking at cases to protect it.

This year, I didn't have to do any extensive research. I bought an incredibly sufficient case last year and I simply looked on Amazon to see if the manufacturer was offering a variant for the new phone.

They are!

This case worked out beautifully for my iPhone 12. It's slim, highly protective and has a nice grip to it. No yellowing after a year of use. It also shows off the color of your phone. Best of all, there is no excessive branding across the case (which many manufacturers do).

If you simply put the manufacturer's name (TORRAS) in the Amazon search field, you'll see other alternatives of this case that are available.

Does this case work with MagSafe accessories like the MagSafe wallet?

There are reviews for the 12 series Torras cases saying that it does charge through the case, but the phone doesn’t recognize the charging as being MagSafe. Meaning, you’d probably get the reduced 7.5W charging speeds.

Thanks. I’m really disappointed in the Apple leather case colors this year. would Love to find a 3rd party clear case that’s MagSafe compatible.

I got an email yesterday from Otterbox and was able to see the 13 cases. Today when I want to order they are gone from the website. o_O

So weird! I got an email from them yesterday saying they were available so I ordered one last night. I see they're gone as well.

No they do not, and I apologize for not stating that. My fault. I don't use MagSafe. It's not important to me.

However, I do know that it's very important for many, so in that case, the TORRAS I mentioned will not work for you.

Does the Apple leather case lie completely flat on the back, or does the camera bump/cutout stick out past the flat part of the case? Hard to tell from the photos.

The ESR Armorite full screen are by far the best. You pay a little more but man are they worth it.

The yearly case dance is one thing I hate about my addiction to upgrading yearly. After my utter disappointment in the Apple silicone case for the 12 pro max, I’m not sure what to buy.

I know!!
Again, if I decide to grab the 13PM...then ugh,

I have a Baltic Blue..that looks beat, Saddle Brown Apple leather --- which oddly is holding up well - since June, no terrible dye wearing off, ugly black edging. Black Apple Silcone. A darn MagSafe Bullstrap leather, 2 other super thin Casekoo cases I never used. (I saw this last night and whew...why did I get so many cases??)

Now they will sit and collect dust, I have to try and sell them clearly again - Previous older cases I had a hard time, maybe due to Covid (my "germs" on a leather case....who knows?! I still have unused 11PM Forest green case in a box I had trouble unloading)

SO.....it would be ONE case this year until I do truly need another.

I’m undecided. I really want the Clover Apple Silicone case, but I don’t think it’ll match well with the Pink color that I’m getting the Mini in. I’m almost considering getting a black Mini just to match cases better even though I’m SO sick of having black phones.

I like how the Pink looks with the clear MagSafe cases, and I could save money by getting an Amazon one, but I’m also sick of clear cases. I’ve had a lot of them through the years and am tired of them getting gross and greasy over time.

Sigh. First world problems.

I need help with the colors of the new Apple leather cases. I am color blind and am getting different answers from different people.

What color is Wisteria? Is it purple or blue?
What color is Dark Cherry? Dark red or purple?

thank you!!
