Good luck to us both!

This is turning into a joke. My third Mous Atlantic Blue has arrived, this one has no bent top (well, it is slightly noticeable with no phone in, but 99% straightens out when on the phone) but the f**king action button doesn’t work!!

This is doing my head in, really just want this case!!

Apple Silicone fits great in the hand and I also like the protection it provides. But I hate that it gets snagged in pockets.
For me, it's not so much the snagging in pockets, it's the lint/dust it collects. Other than that, I think it's the perfect case. It could be slightly thinner, but at 33g it's by no means a heavy/bulky case. The grip and feel in the hand is perfect.

Got it in black, it’s average - fairly slim, but sharp on the pinkie and action button is meh, definitely worse than the Mag Armor
Sharp on the pinky no good. Thanks. I’ll remove from my wish list.

Is it slimmer than the Mag?

How can the action button not work? Does it not align correctly?

I agree the lint/dust is the only flaw to that case imo. It’s like you want to accept it because it’s such a nice case and feels great in hand but then you go back to another type of case that doesn’t collect dust/lint and it makes you realize that it’s such a flaw about the silicone cases.

I'm honestly not sure what's happening with it. I press the button, and feel absolutely nothing, and nothing happens. If I press SUPER hard, the button works. But then it's as if the button is permanently pressed, so now the other buttons won't work e.g. can't lock my phone. I take the case off, put it back on, and it's just back to the start of that again. I'm flummoxed as to what's happening, but it's the second Atlantic Blue I've had that's had this fault.

Same here. Nomad is really slow at processing orders. 🙄
Yeah, I’m a bit peeved @ Nomad that ppl are getting their yellow sports before I even have a shipping noti for my horween. I ordered the day before yellows release.

When I had problems with the buttons not functioning on my first Zagg London Snap Gray Geo, one possibility I was kicking around was that the case was just a touch too narrow. As a result, the buttons wouldn't work, because there was no space/room to give underneath. Perhaps it's a case width problem (too wide/too narrow)?

Well said. Those are my thoughts exactly. I just can’t stop coming back to the case even though the lint/dust is definitely there. It’s definitely a flaw that annoys me, but 80% of me is able to overlook it because it feels like the case conforms to your hand, and it being so thin and light is a big deal to me, especially since the iPhone is lighter this year.

I love the gripzilla for my Pro. I got the GripMunk and returned it, I feel like certain cases are better for the pro and others for the pro max. The GripMunk felt not as good on the 6.1 pro but the gripzilla is amazing on it. In my opinion at least.
What are your thoughts on the Rebel Gen 5 Frosted? Still using it?

So I’ve made a move on my 14PM which has become especially rare these days. I went from using the Apple ink leather to a midnight silicone case, which felt great in the hand but I was getting especially tired of having to blow out the dust collected around my cameras.

I dropped that and dug deep into my case drawer and came out with my Cretanbull leather case from last year. Literally the only gripe I have with this case is that it seems they used two different types of buttons for my volume rockers: one has a matte finish and the other is slightly glossy.

Not a huge deal as the leather feels spectacular and even has a bit of give when you press on the sides which tells me the leather is a little thicker than what’s on the Apple case (not that this is new information, but it’s a noticeable difference).

The open bottom, for me, is a huge advantage. I’m crazy particular about dust and whatnot getting in nooks and crannies and every time I take off a closed bottom case there’s a bunch of schmutz collected around where the openings are. With the open bottom I can just wipe away whatever fingerprints accumulate and I don’t have to pull off the case to clean it. It’s also a much nicer swipe feel.

Anyway, a few photos:

I’m not really using it. It looks kind of toyish to me. Idk I’m going to circle back to it but as of right now I’m not feeling it too much. I love the Gen 5 tho. If they offered this case with other back materials, other than aramid fiber, I would prob never take the case off my phone.

I miss this style of Symmetry… this is my work phone, wish I could get one for my 15 pro… I just liked the feeling of this one a lot better than the new style. New style feels much less slim, and the plain back looks like a cheap no name case. I’m not looking for branding to scream at me, but I think the “OtterBox” on the back of this one was pretty nice. Same as on the current Defender XT.

i too prefer an open bottom case or like my vaja cases where the buttons are open cause of the same reason. i hate seeing dust in the edges of my case. cases with an opening are great for allowing an escape. i always have a microfiber cloth on me. i know a little or a lot ocd.
