I love the look and feel of the PR aramid, and yours looks particularly good blacked out. I’m concerned though, with how inside the case the hard camera and logo surrounds are both elevated above the level of the microfiber lining, which places the glass back of the phone directly in contact with those hard surfaces and not the soft lining. Do you see this as an issue?

For a case that expensive, it should be perfect!

UAG, Casetify, Otterbox, Mous, there are lots of cases in that price range and above and none of them are perfect (no case is).

This was way harder to tear apart than the Sheath lol
Has a thin rubber like electrical tape over the plastic all around the sides/bottom.
The FW back is so thin hard to know what it is.

Yeah, I did get an email: I’d consider replacing mine as the scuff is annoying as I tend to lay my phone face down on my desk at work, but it’s the shipping that puts me off: £14 to the UK. The case with discount is £30 which is a bargain imo, but as my case is technically fine, £45 to replace a scuff is a bit much. £30 is much more acceptable 😂

How does the Decoded feel in the hands?

I’m in the Ghost this morning. This is a really nice case. The fit is tight and all the buttons work perfectly. I was surprised to find it’s a grip monster. It adheres to the fingers on the back and the riveted band helps a lot when holding by the sides.

Overall it brings that “jewel” feel back as everything is equally glossy all around.

Unfortunately I got a scuff all along the back on the power button side, which is where I put the phone first. It’s not super noticeable so I’ll get over it but it’s a shame the case can be damaged that easily.

Hopefully the free one in April will fare better. Maybe I’ll take the time and watch an installation video.

Ripping a case to shreds, for what purpose? All cases can be destroyed with scissors and ripping it apart.

P.s. you must be made of money! Ripped up 60 bucks! lol

I’m looking to possibly get one of the pitaka special edition cases like the sun set moment ,does anyone have any tip on how to prevent finger prints on these parts take cases ? I almost feel like trying a clear skin type material over it ..

I’ve got the normal ArmorAir and it’s easily my favourite Aramid case, super slim and feels fantastic in the hand. Not to mention it’s less than half the price of the Pitaka!

Exactly with the price difference and this feels even better in hand over the Pitaka. MagSafe is incredible too. Very impressive case.

I was getting so bored with my current rotation so I went on an Amazon hunt. Saw this was a brand new case from Benks. Didn’t expect to like this case so much, but it’s an easy winner for my needs.

Next to no lip with a screen protector. If you’re after a lip go with the pro version with the TPU sides but the Aramid sides is what makes the case feel so good IMO.
