Why is there no "someone else", or "not that guy" as choices? Looks like you want to lock folks in to only those few!

How about "that weird guy that's one of the geniuses at my Apple store?"
Why leave HIM out?

i don't think any of them would deserve to be CEO... maybe Craig
Since he's in software and Services, as a CEO, his background may make me feel a little better.

Plus, it would tie in with what i also think :)

Craig is literally the only option up there for me. And he's the only one that has genuine enthusiasm when showing things off. And he tucks in his shirt.

Being a CEO, requires a different skill set and passion in that department, than the guys you mentioned. If I was head of hardware, design or something else, i wouldn't like to let go of my passion to become a CEO, nobody would i guess. Too much management, too little work with the actual products.

Craig is an awesome awesome person, but he has no place running a business

not, but he should
Won't work - Elon Musk is an Nvidia fan. His cars have Nvidia CPUs and CUDA GPUs.

None of them - they are obscenely overpaid hypocrites who are past their sell by date and need to be removed in favour of younger, more proactive individuals who are enthusiastic about delighting users and who will take considerably more modest salaries.

Federighi and it's not even close. He's the only current Apple exec I would even consider for the position.

Phil Schiller got my vote, as I believe he would be the best to run the company in the current state. He appear to have more know-how and insight than the rest of them up there.

Yes, Craig is the best presenter, but that does not mean he fits the bill (Schiller is also good though; Cook is absolutely horrible on a stage - He should do a presentation with Nintendo and it would be the most hilariously bad thing in this century).

Honorable mention: Angela Ahrendts. I think she could do some very good things for the company since she's so consumer minded, but of course, she's not CEO material in this case. I do feel she should have more say in the company currently though, given the clear consumer-antagonistic way Cook is currently running it.
