yes if you flashed your 680 you will have the clocks that come with the bios, use gpuz in windows https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ to see your cards clocks etc.
just want to ask why did you flash the mac bios on to the card?

just for fun this is my gtx660 score (with some apps open)

so iv got to ask dose that 3 slot card fit well? & how loud is it?
i want to upgrade my 660, just waiting for a cheep card on ebay.

Thanks for the info. I'm fine with the stock clocks. It'll run cooler.

I flashed because I need the boot screens and want it to be native. I also understand there might be issues with non-flashed cards.

Yes, the 3-slot card fits well but obviously covers the other x16 slot. If I do need another x16 slot, I could always move it up a notch and have a x4 and x16 slot free.

It's really quiet. Huge improvement over the 5770.

what do you need boot screens for? im using a gtx660 and not had any problems on this computer that cant be fixed by pulling out my gt 120 (tho only did it one time :p and found out it was not needed lol).
I have osx partitions for 10.8/10.9/10.10 (all backups) +osx10.10 on SSD (main boot volume) + win 7 which i switch between with no problems.

im not shore if you do gain anything from flashing the cards now think everything been kind of sorted out.

iv been looking at your card and the palit 680 JETSTREAM (as there seems to be a few with 4GB ram) which is also about the same size.
ps i did the cpu swap, was my first ever cpu swap. super easy and over fairly fast

I sold the 5770 so I don't have a fallback GPU if I need to.
