Along these lines, I noticed recently that one of the most visually impressive iOS Anatomy apps - Essential Anatomy - came to Windows Store before coming to Google Play. Only by a couple days (so I guess they were submitted to the stores at the same time), but I was surprised nonetheless.

Holy crap that's a freakin awesome app. I'm going to download that onto my surface pro 3.
