These are all of the iPads my wife and I have owned together (all wifi only). We still have and use all but the iPad 3 that I gave to a family member. Definitely a fan of the minis!

I have owned all versions of the iPad. All WiFi til my last pro. Can’t believe I never went cellular before. Latest iPad is M1 Pro 12.9 1tb cellular. Waiting on the oled and if not completely stupid priced I will get it. I liked the mini - but only really used it as an ereader. If an upgraded one ever comes out, may get that as well. My iPad goes everywhere with me. With cellular it has been a real joy.
