At the moment:
Beacon 3, Star Trek: Discovery, Shogun and Evil's last season.
Just finished Will Trent and Elsbeth combined these 2 make my fav Columbo lol
Will start a few Apple TV+ series like Dark Matter and etc...
Waiting for Squid Game, Alice in Wonderland and a few other South Korean series to continue.

I started A Man in Full, it’s good but not exceptional. I’m very puzzled by the accent of the main character, is he from Texas? It’s slightly overplayed.
Just watched the first ep of ERIC and my primary takeaway is how much of a world-class ****** Cumberbatch’s character is. The bar is pretty low today but his character high jumps it in almost every scene. Totally unlikeable to me. I still look forward to finding out what happened to the boy though so will probably continue watching. No spoilers please.

Yeah, his character is very hard to empathize with for sure.
Black Sails is an amazing show with a lot of actions, great cast and the quality is getting better over the seasons.
It’s one of the few excellent shows that just needed more popularity because it’s totally deserved.

I couldn't get into it from the first two episodes way back...

Haven't gotten around to seeing Season 3, yet. Just rejoined Netflix after an 8 month hiatus, but that is definitively on my future binge list, and might well be binged the coming weekend.
My wife started watching Bridgerton. It’s reminiscent of Downton Abbey from what I gather. I’ve watched a few episodes with her, but not hooked (yet).
We liked the first couple of seasons of Bridgerton, tried the third series and gave up. It just didn't feel like the earlier seasons.
However...
You must catch the spin-off film Charlotte, about Queen Charlotte and her husband George III (the one who lost America).
Just started Ripley on Netflix.
I admit I was a little hesitant to watch this one, mainly due to my love of the Minghella film (I also read the novel). It's a story I like, so a new take on it seems appealing, but for me the film is the definitive version, and it will be difficult to compete with it. But so far I'm liking this darker, "film noir" atmosphere (even though the actors are a bit old to be playing these characters), and I think I can just accept the differences and try and rate it on its own merits without continuously comparing it to the film or the novel.

I've seen and read the various negative reviews of this show and there's a constant theme which is sadly ridiculous and eh political.
1. The term "woke" is clearly used by those that do not know what the term means.
2. The number of women and social "roles" compared to men is laughable to these reviewers.
3. The ethnic makeup lol the universe is very big and diverse and that's just devastates some reviewers world.
4. They should look up the meaning of the word acolyte.
I enjoy the series.

Reminded me of American Horror Story the way it was done.
Lots of reading but very enjoyable and well done. Hope season 2 doesn't take very long to air.
