What stop do you guys recommend for a ND filter for waterfall shots? .6 or .9?

I'm looking at these 2 Tiffens, what do you guys/gals recommend?

Honestly? I'd recommend neither. I'd spend the money on B+W filters, and get both the 2 stop and the 3 stop - that'll give you the flexibility to use two stops, three stops, or even five stops.

Cheap ND filters often have a color cast.

i went to hawaii in november and used two d90s. main favorite lens for the trip was the nikon 10.5mm fisheye. there are plugins you can get for photoshop that will correct the distortion and just make the image 'flat'. here are some shots i took with it...
