You may want to think about buying from swatch.com. I used to have a really cool swatch watch that was super thin. It broke though and they replaced it with a much thicker one... A lot of their watches are cheesy, but they have some nice ones also.

As far as thin watches go, I really like Skagen. But judging from the watches in the first post, I'm not sure thin is the desired look. :)

DuettoSpider's suggestion of the Bulova was very classy, i like that one. Nice watches aren't my thing honestly, but i like looking, and simplicity wins it for me. Those ones with like a million dials turn me off.:)

Yeah, i agree. The one i am wearing now has three mini dials inside the one that tells the time and my biggest complain is that it is nearly imposible to see what day it is.

I showed thoce ones to my mom (who is really the one that will be buying the watch) and she did not really like any of them... go figure. She wants something a little more nice looking.

Off i go again. Been looking at some citezens and seikos.

This watch is worth buying just for the back:

I really like this one though:

And the price is not very unreasonable... about $60? Not bad at all for something so thoughtfully designed. :)

I have two watches, a Brietling (About $4000) and a Swiss Army (about $150). I wear the Swiss Army all the time. The Brietling resides in my desk drawer, The Swiss Army keeps perfect time and is tough. Look at their website for a big selection.
