Thanks, yeah its the latest.. Something that is common on all AOSP roms for the s4 until they pull samsung code from the google edition S4.

Should be soon.

For now, flash the pre-rooted stock ROM, install Nova Launcher, and remove all the S Crap. It'll basically give you a stock experience until the AOSP based ROMs become more reliable as daily drivers.

Someone wants to trade me a brand new sealed I5.. almost tempted but s4 has spoiled me with SD card and great battery life. Never have i been so torn on a decision lol.

It's no question, the S4 is far better ;)

U guys are not thinking straight.

In terms of resale "value". We need to look into "cost basis".

If you purchased iPhone 5 32gb for $299 on contract (plus taxes/activation fees) and resell it for $550. You margin is $250

16gb iPhone 5 purchased for $199 on contract and resell for $500. That margin is $300.

Samsung galaxy S4 purchase for $168 (on contract) and resells for $500. That's a $320 margin.

The GS4 will retain it's value better.

16GB GS4's are already in the $450 range used locally and it's only 3 months old.

you say "already in the 450 range" and it comes across as it has lost value. Or am i missing something?

Sorry. Mistyped. I meant to say the iPhone will retain it's value better and was contrasting this fact with used GS4 prices being not far from used GS3 prices.

same for iphone 5. prices have come down considerably. same use to be said about macbooks and imacs. They use to hold their value better. over past 2-3 years its been rapid decline.
