yes you can ..i bought one of those or a similar one looks like a white MBA at least, unbranded from china, so no stickers, no windows logo on keyboard , came in a box that even looked identical then the one you get if you buy a MBA in the Apple store ,it was atom n270 and gma 950 based arrived a couple days ago and OSX install was as easy as getting OSX on a MacBook , under about this Mac it even says MacBook Air ,it supports 2 finger scrolling ,but i dont like snow leopard nor intel so sold it already with profit and will buy the real 's now a PowerBook G4 12" and a iBook 12"

but in terms of quality its not worse (less flexing ) then the first gen polycarbonate MacBooks ..remember those ?the palmrests cracked very easy at the edge to give a extra cooling vent i guess every second suffers that crack when you look on ebay so stop talking about Apples quality ..if you want quality get a Asus ot Toshiba Laptop..far lower failing rates
