The "Applause" signs were working overtime to just get the timing right, following certain announcements.

XS Max is such an awful name.

I'm used to it. At least it differentiates itself from the 'Plus' line of Jumbo iPhones.

We now know the 'Max' line is the bigger of the two Face ID era of iPhones. Whereas if they'd kept the 'Plus', it'd be more confusing from a timeline standpoint.

They could've done this Keynote in half the time without dropping any useful information. Way too stretched out.

Going to order my new Apple Watch tomorrow and can't be bothered upgrading my X...

What would be confusing about Xs Plus?

Not that it really matters. Whatever Apple calls it, I call it “my phone.” “I’m ready to go, i just need to grab my iPhone Xs Max from the nightstand.” Not so much.
