Who else went with the "boring" colour iMac?

Why the upgrade?

• M1 → M4
• 16GB → 24GB
• 256GB → 512GB

Solid upgrade for me. Of course if I was a student I'd use the M1 for like 10 years, they're still really fast. But nowadays I have a better economy so I can play around with more Apple tech.

Green for me (though I ultimately got a Mini because I wanted the M4 Pro).

Silver, with no consideration given to any other color. I like boring neutral colors...beige, white, gray, black, silver, gold, etc.

I went with silver as I did not want any potential color bias when doing photo or video work.
