Who else will install iOS 13 Developer Beta 1 the minute it is released?

1. #MeToo!

2. Will wait to hear from others.

3. Probably later in the beta cycle.

4. Only in September with the full release of GM.

5. Only when I buy a new iDevice that comes loaded with iOS 13.

Nah. Will wait at least 3 beta versions to jump the ship, or ever. Restoring from iCloud literally takes for ever for me with 8Mbps down and 1Mbps up. And I don’t want to lose iOS access of my device for over 2 days.

September final release, a lot of these rumoured features dark mode keyboard swipe already on Android so not too excited, don’t get me wrong iOS is great Apple is late 1 year with features which makes it less exciting for me since I use both OS daily.

I have an extra ipad and phone that will get beta 1. If I can live with the issues it will then go on daily drivers, if not I'll wait until a beta I can live with before I move and play with it on older ipad and phone

If they actually include mouse support out of the gate I will want to just try this for giggles. Dark mode is compelling also, but not enough to wade through miles of crap.

But i'm not expecting anything. Probably just another yawnfest. Get a lot of those.

This is what I learned in past few years. I am always nervous, install beta 1 and it is always bad and unstable. From beta 2 it gets much better.

Yes. With iOS 12 the first few betas had many bugs. Then it became better.

But I will still try it at least.

When major releases come out (iOS 11, iOS 12, iOS 13, etc.) I don't ever install betas. I like to get the final product, when it's officially released. For minor builds x.X or x.x.X, I install whenever I consider it solid enough...

So yeah, I won't install it until September.

I have a couple of iPads for that I use for a combination of development and personal use. I'll install it on one of them but need a stable iPad on the current release.

I used to run betas all the time. I have several subsequent devices I could use. However, they wouldn't see as much use running beta, and I don't think I want to deal with beta woes and unsupported apps this time. I could change my mind after the WWDC announcement. Speaking of which, I need to renew my Developer account before it expires.
