Haha, our silly Macs :) What have they just drunk.

But thanks a lot for taking the time and testing! It may make a difference, but we'll see if someone else with the same computer has it. I don't think I'll ever find someone :D
Since you said it's okay, I am not afraid something is wrong with, but it would maybe be useful for future users of that Mac who will also use the 7950, maybe to avoid possible confusion. :)

Did you ever resolve this?
I'm getting the exact same error on my 5,1

I haven’t run the Hardware Test since then but I still have the Mac and it’s still working. If I recall correctly, it had something to do with what GPU was in there. Which do you have?

But now comes to my mind that maybe it also had something to do with the RAM. I remember I bought some other cheap memory just to test it and it either gave me another or the error disappeared.

I think in all cases the error never disappears but another error came up, when I changed the memory or the GPU. Like I said, it’s still working.

The only weird thing is that when I run the Logic Benchmark Test (the logicbenchmarks.com one) I get only around 175 tracks (and it takes me ages to get there) while everyone else gets much more: https://logicbenchmarks.com/apple-mac-model/mac-pro-12-core-293-mid-2010/

I always wondered if something was truly damaged and if it had to do with this in some way.

Other than that, everything works normally I would say. Although I am thinking of changing it for a Mac Mini, which is getting similar benchmark results: https://logicbenchmarks.com/apple-mac-model/mac-mini-core-i7-3-2-ghz-late-2018/
