GPush is working as fast as my Blackberry for the last 2 days on notifications, but I still have the badge at "1" no mater what.
I'm enjoying being able to receive GMail as it comes on the weekends when I only carry the iPhone.

GPush is FINALLY working for me.

It pushed all my emails today. Didn't get an email one minute later than it was received. Very cool app. Hopefully it continues to work now.

Now badges are working too. I turned it off, on again then the next message fixed it! I'm starting to think I got more than my moneys worth.. if it keeps working like this.

Is there any way to change the notification sound for GPush?

The GPush developers have said over Twitter that the next app update will contain the option to pick the alert sound. No word on when that version will be submitted to Apple, or how long until after its submitted that it becomes approved.

On my way to TN yesterday I received notifications of mail through GPush. I was very surprised. It started working again, suddenly. :)

I'll stick it out for now, maybe wait for an update. I feel they will fix it, and get it right.

Ok thanks, at least I know it's coming.

72+ hours with no hiccups

pushed all my mail instantly :D

..i don't notice any significant battery drain

Gpush has been working fine for me, too. I, too, don't notice any significant battery drain. I've also started using prowl and that should take up more battery than Gpush, but even with both running at the same time, my battery's been fine.

I haven't had any issues with it once they fixed it a few days ago. Awesome app! :D

I'm the only one in my family with Gpush working, we all have the latest firmware, not jailbroke, notifications enabled, same gmail settings...

1 out of 7 iPhones are working LOL

what could be the problem?

GPush has been working well for me for the last few days - since they uploaded "new code" to handle the problems. I feel a whole lot better now. :)

Gpush - Worthless!

For those of you who got it to work even once, congratulations!

Does anyone know how to ask for a refund when an application does not work AT ALL?

It does say that I have been verified when I enter my Gmail info but that's all.

Two days and not a single notification.

any stutter after the gpush install?

has anyone seen any general (slight) stutter on their iphone after the gpush install? i have a 3gs and my guess is that the app is still doing something in the background (well, yes - it is supposed to do that!) after you close it out and it causes the usual "cool panning" to very slightly stutter at times.

just wondering if anyone else is seeing this too after the gpush install...

Total and complete waste of money. This app does not work. It gives the infamous "gmail rejected your credentials" notice. Basically saying that the username and password of your account are incorrect. I know my account info, but this app is a big steaming pile of s__t.

Has anyone else stopped receiving push notifications since 3.1 update?

[Update:]: They are working for me again after I cleared and reentered my credentials. Don't know if this makes a difference, but I had my entire Gmail address as my user name. Either way, glad it's working again! Thanks.
