Work uses iPhones and we can update yearly (subsidized).

Will iPhone 11 have Qualcomm modem/radio? If yes, I'm buying. Hate Intel modems.
Doubtful as the deal with Qualcomm was done after the specs were locked for the iPhone from what we know but never say never, but its probably Intel again tbh. I don't need pencil support on a phone but can see its uses for some people, of course it wont come in the box as standard or in the phone like the Samsung note ones, so its slide it in a case or suffer the possibility of loosing it. I really cant decided on this feature if it happens. I guess if it can fit into an iPhone then maybe I could be persuaded. I don't want yet another thing to carry that costs maybe as much as an Apple pencil and would be much easier to loose, after all phones get taken out every day pretty much and the Apple pencil we have for iPads size is pretty hard to loose because of its size.
Just listed my X (256GB, A1865) on the 'Bay the other day, and with less than 24 hours left it has 30 watchers, 11 bids, and is up to $690 USD. Originally paid $1,149+tax on launch day. Seems now is the best time to get that sweet pre-keynote money, or I'm a month late. Super excited for this new iPhone announcement. Might even "work from home" that day.
To me the X lineup was what I was really waiting for. I don’t care if it’s the X/R/S - I love the removal of the chin/forehead. I cannot think of any single iPhone quality that has pleased me more.
So it’ll be cool to see what new functions and design changes they’re offering, but I’m riding the wave of my XR for a few more years. I don’t need to have the latest and greatest.

I’m excited to see new tech, especially iPhones and Watches, but we haven’t actually seen anything to get excited about yet.
It’s interesting because last year’s phone should be seen as a “S” incremental upgrade. iPhone X to Iphone XS. Normally it’s a new number that indicates a significant change. Doesn’t seem so this year
Yes on both. There's a 'notch' where the rear view mirror is on a car windshield, and the shape of sunglasses (even one-piece sports goggles) includes a notch as well.

We must be related in spirit. I hated the home button from the very first iPhone and it was often a source of consternation. Throw in gestures, Face ID, all screen, and wireless charging and I couldn't be happier with my Xs Max.
I'll be riding the wave of it for years to come!!!
It’s heavily rumored that it will use the same screen as the new Samsung and that screen is seriously impressive
