I was looking at the WWDC News and guess what I found. Tons, tons of Android users were bashing Apple in comments yet no of them was really have an idea what did Apple show in WWDC. I mean, if you do not like something why would you click on a new that is about the thing that you do not like and write bad comments furiously? And the worst thing is all Android fans (or...Umm...Fandroids?) calling all Apple users as ''Apple fans''. Wait, isn't the thing they are doing was being a fan? Ironic! Also I mean if somebody asked you about something that you don't like you should say ''I don't like it because of ...'' but they simply write things like ''Apple suxxx!!!'' I mean it has no logic behind and there is no reason, that means that comment is ''stupid''. But when I say ''Fragmentation on Android is a big problem'', I do not even say that I don't like Android and I explained something logical but I get dislikes and people calling me as a ''Apple fanboy''. Same goes for Windows. Are they just that immature or they just want an iPhone/Mac?

To be 100% fair, Apple were the company that called the rest of the industry copycats... and then proceeded to boot the photocopiers themselves ever since.

People like to find personal attachment and gratification for the products they use, to the point where they're prepared to dish out the criticism for competitors. All fans of anything are guilty of this, regardless of what it is. But in this case the situation is made worse with companies throwing cheap shots (like calling everyone else in the industry copycats) at one another like school kids.

They will have their reasons for not liking Apple products. I must admit, when you're watching WWDC and finding out that the rather expensive iPhone has only just gained features the rest of the competition had years ago, you wonder why Apple continue to be so arrogant towards their competition.

There are immature people everywhere. Be mature: accept it and move on to real problems.

I realize this is not how Teh Internetz works. But I'm mature, so I accept it and move on to real problems. Like what I should have for lunch tomorrow.

All fanbois and fangurls don't see a balanced point of view. The rest of us see that both sides have their good and bad points. And both sides can learn from each other.

The competition do features first often. But Apple do them right. Big difference.
Also all companies are arrogant to their competition. Everyone is guilty of this. In Apple's eyes the competition is bad for rushing out the same features in poor or broken forms.

Comments like the above are just as bad as the apparent "immature Android/Windows fans". What exactly have Apple done 'right' with 3rd party keyboards that Android hasn't? And drop down notifications? And widgets? And multitasking panes?

'Right' is subjective. 'Right' is a personal thing. You may think it right to put ketchup on your bacon but I may think it's right to put brown sauce on it instead. It is all a matter of preference. Saying that Apple do it 'right' is equally as closed minded as them who have an unnatural hatred for Apple.

Not always, Android has had a superior notification center and apple blatently copied it. I agree with your other comment that all companies are arrogant.

I think the issue is people take their products so seriously, its not that android/windows fans are immature but there are a group of users who tend to be immature regardless of the platform, which includes Apple

Those fandroids and their insulting comments don't make any sense at all. They should grow up lol. I can believe that they didn't watch the WWDC, as they prefer android, but typing bad comments about something you haven't seen or don't know anything about is just totally lame.

The Other Side is always bashing My Side, even though they don't have any real arguments to back it up. Seriously, how can the Other Side say the things they do? They don't even try My Side's technology, yet they criticize it. My Side was first to do innovative things and then the Other Side copies it. When My Side copies the other side's technology, it's just to improve it.

I'm so glad I don't own any products from the Other Side.

Why do Apple users have a persecution complex?

Some morons make comments on a YouTube video or tech blog of questionable factual accuracy, and suddenly it's "fandroids are immature!" and "why do fandroids hate Apple?"

Here's a news flash - a lot of people commenting on things on the internet are full of crap. That applies to anything. Mac. Windows. iOS. Android. Politics. Religion. Sports. TV Shows. Movies. You name a topic and I can find comments on a video or blog that would make any reasonable person face palm.

However, instead of realizing that the comments section of nearly any news site or blog is generally a cesspool of stupidity and just letting it go, it seems to me that Apple users tend to take the "woe is me" attitude and play the victim, with threads like yours, or this one, or this one. It really doesn't matter what some kid living in his parent's basement and hiding behind the anonymity of the Internet says, it's not even worth discussing. Seriously, let it go. I'm an Apple user and I couldn't care less that Johnny Fandroid is all like "omg ur such a idiot 4 using iphone liek android is sooo much beter it has widguts n stuff!" It doesn't bother me one bit. I ignore it.

tl;dr - people say stupid **** on the internet.

That's what I was thinking comments in here do seem immature. But there is no immature way of saying this so... Andriod and windows is the platform for ***holes that bash apple for no ligament reason.

Maybe it starts at the top?

"Redmond, start your photocopiers" ... and then copied 3rd party OS X apps

"102% of our user base is on our newest OS" ... and that's still less than the number of people running Windows 8.

"Our growth rate was 50000% better than PC growth rate this year" ... and if you keep it up, and Microsoft closes their doors tomorrow, you might get 50% market after 10 years.

"They had bought an Android phone — by mistake" ...

As someone who reads tech articles often, I do not see any Apple user bashing Android or Windows in any website but I see Android / Windows user bashing Apple without a reason, it's the thing I am talking about. And when I look at the Android, I have a feeling that Google and Samsung try to put as more as possible features, whatever it makes sense or not, of course some of them became successful but rest of them make system bloated and when I look at Apple side, it seems like they want to keep everything as simple as possible by only adding features that will matter to users. This is why I started disliking Android side. Oh and please do not post ''Oh, you don't know anything about Android'' comments, I have GS4 and Galaxy Note 10.1. Also as the Apple calls all industry ''copiers'' isn't it true? iPhone was the first really change phones, with a proper Touch-based OS, proper design and App Store, Android would be blackberry without Apple, let's just admit it.

Really?.. I've seen users from all platforms bashing the others. Have you not heard of iToy, iSheep to name but two ? Not every user is a basher but every platform has fanboys , these are the bashers.
