Why are used Mac Mini's so darn hard to find?!

just picked up a G4 ibook 12"...backlight and DC board have problems, but machine works fine plugged into the wall and a VGA monitor.

$150.

quite rare as a similar machine goes for much much more.

so dont say its impossible to find older macs for cheap, just gotta know what to do!

I have a 1.42ghz G4 one for sale if anyone is interested. Has 512mb RAM and a 80GB HDD, and is the combo drive model.

Anyone interested give me a PM. Im based in the UK, so would prefer to ship UK to UK as US is pretty expensive to ship to.

I have a Pismo G3 400. Only 256 ram and 40gb hd.

The internet works fine. I went to youtube and the video was fine. Some are not but the one I saw was not choppy. Maybe just cuz it was low res.

But I can check all the E-Mail I want from thunderbird or gmail.com.

And even this site is not slow at all. I'm on Comcast cable but still the OS is not slow at all.

I can even play Stepmania and it's really fast. Even though I only have 8 megs of vram it ran fine. Didn't slow down like on my old PCs I got rid of.

Even itunes to play music at least.

Photoshop maybe slow if I tried.

But just basic Web and E-Mail and Itunes + Stepmnia not bad for only 8mb vram and G3. Not even g4.

And DVDs not to shabby either in OS X if I'm not doing anything else.
