Mind you, there's snow on the side of the roads, but the road itself is perfectly dry. Just cold. You have to be doing 50+ to skid off my road on that turn, which isn't sharp at all.Not to say that drunk driving isn't bad, but how can you be sure that these accidents were drunk-driving related? (Especially since you said the driver had completely abandoned the car in the first one).
Snow+high velocity+turn = accidents whether you're drunk or not.
fast moving car + stone wall (solid object won of course) = one hell of a dazed driver especially if he hit his head and had a concussion or other head injury.
If I know one thing, it's that the majority of people are awful drivers, and awful weather makes it even more appearant.
The guy came back. And when he slid off the week before, he was wasted. I spoke with him, and he couldn't even stand up. Same with the wall accident, not to mention he wreaked of alcohol. I guess it was coincidental that I'd encounter so many in a short span, but I am out and about lots.
