why is 2.4 throttled even on AC????

This has been discussed before - and nateDEEZY was the one who resolved it then and he's done it again :p

I was trying to remember what the reason was but couldn't.

The max you should be seeing in the programs you're using right now sounds right if they can hit up to 2ghz.

2ghz * 1.1994 = 2.39ghz

I just got home, and my friend was saying something similar when I asked him today, but nate already solved it :)
