The problem is knowledgeable people won't buy the iPad because it doesn't support Flash. Since the keynote I've spoken to over a dozen people who said they won't buy it because it lacks Flash support (including myself).

For me the iPad would be an amazing media and browsing tool, but without Flash...give me a break! Half the sides I visit have Flash content not to mention Hulu.com! Apple is losing sales by not supporting Flash. Adobe isn't going to lose ground, they have a monopoly.

I would consider myself knowledgeable and I could give a crap that it lacks flash. I've survived for years on my iPhone without it and would remove it from my computer if I could. I never go to jib jab, miniclip or a shockwave game site. I do go to Hulu if my Tivo HD ever misses an episode (like that ever happens). I'm tech saturated to the point that where one item fails another picks up the slack.

You can install on your computer click2flash and you will be very happy :)

This is very good solution for not rendering flash, and i use it non stop!
