Other Why would anyone get the iPhone 12 over the iPhone 12 Pro?

I went with the 12 my self has I find. The 6.1“ too be the right size for me I could have went with the 6.1” pro model. But I did not feel like spend the extra money for it I was going too get the max size but I found that the max size at 6.7” too be way too big for me Hopefully next year iPhone 13 will bring the same flag ship camra upgrade too the normal iPhone 12 line

I was torn... until I saw the price difference! The colour for me is nicer. I chose the blue. The pro blue is nice too don’t misunderstand, I just prefer the 12 blue.

I’m in the camp that says it should be Mini, 12, 12 pro max. 12 pro is odd duck out.

I posted earlier in the thread, but after having my 12 for a few weeks now, and having had the opportunity to compare it in weight to my sister’s 11 pro and the 12 pro, I am really happy I didn’t consider the pro. I almost did because bumping to 128 gigs put me only $150 below the base 12 pro price, but I am so thankful I didn’t. The 12 is a great weight for those who feel like weight matters. I’ve said it many times, but it’s really crazy how much of a difference an ounce makes in the hand. I just feel like the 12’s weight is distributed really well also.

I know everyone always loves to hear what I have to say, so I thought I would throw in my 2 cents. 🤪

Thanks for the input ssledoux. I'm curious if you use a case? I was thinking more about this too. 12 Pro has great materials/build quality, but you don't feel that when there is a case on it. I almost feel comfortable using the 12 regular without a case (but I'm sure that won't last). I read a 12 with an Apple silicone case is the same weight as the 12 Pro without a case.

I do use a case. I use a Loopy case, which is likely a little more bulk than some would want, but it allows me to use the bigger phones mostly one handed. I’ve used them for years now and just can‘t NOT have one. I actually just got mine after having preordered it when I preordered my phone.
