Will AirPods Max be available for in-store pickup on and after 12/15?

No，I checked the Apple HK, and Apple Singapore earlier, they all have available for pickups. In addition, people in China can also get one if they line up at Apple store today. But they just don’t have the reservation system set up.

Anyone is the UK having success with walk-ins?

In switzerland they just confirmed my in-store pickup over phone with a reservation, even though on the website there was no option for pickup =).

As someone else pointed out in the delivery thread, you can buy these from AT&T online and have them delivered in 3-5 days. Stock in all colors.

Same here. I spoke to the Fifth Ave Apple Store in NYC. They were clueless on when they would be made available. They mentioned the app wasn’t allowing in-store reserve for the product at this time.

Interesting if true that people are able to just walk in and pick up. Pretty much goes against everything Apple has been trying to do to mitigate the virus spread. Now people will que in line??? makes no sense...
