Knowing how much Flash turns my MacBook Pro into a hot griddle of a surface, I don't want it anywhere near my iPad/iPhone. I just don't use sites that run Flash, and I'm seeing more and more sites moving away from Flash for that reason.
That being said, if you want to run it you can, just jailbreak it. Not worth the jailbreak personally for me, but others have done it quite successfully.
I didn't realize when purchasing my iPad just how much you CAN'T do on one of these!![]()
Funny. I genuinely find the opposite! I can't believe how I almost never find my web browsing affected by lack of flash!
Can I ask people who have experience with flash on android. . . . Do you get "pop up windows" when browsing on your phone? I mean like any equivalent to all those bloody advert windows that can pop up on my Mac.
Because I have enjoyed not seeing flashing adverts all over the bloody web since I began using my iPad to surf.
How do you Jailbreak an iPad if you sync it to a Mac???
Well I have noticed you can't chat while on Facebook on an iPad.

If I understand, Frash is only for games at the moment and not for video, yet?

What would you attribute your lack of knowledge on the capabilities of the iPad? Could it be that you CAN'T do basic research? You seem to have found your way here.
Or maybe it's Apple? They advertise iPads for their ultimate browsing experience without mentioning absence of Flash. Not everybody follows Steve Jobs gripes so when they buy a computer with web browser they just expect Internet to work it usually does.
