No there will be no mac pros in 2012, but rather 'Super McPros - in association with McDonalds' - free cheeseburger with every RAM Upgrade - because Apple now spits in the general direction. Of 'pro' users, they've now handed over the mac pro line to McDonald's

It will end temporarily when the new mac pro comes out. Then there will be numerous "I told you so threads" to get back at the naysayers. Then after about a year people will again be wondering again if the Mac Pro is dead.
