I traded up my Max for the Plus 10 today. I didn't plan to but when I checked my notifications this morning I was greeted with the same persistent problem I've had for months now..... Old notifications popping up. Alot of them. And I decided I had enough. Tried everything including trying different apps. Anyway I wanted to keep the Max but Apple needs to figure this out. The Plus is a good phone. Don't think battery life will be as good as the Max despite all those dumb tests that always has the Android coming on top. They never do in real world usage (running the phone not stop on YouTube videos, music, game demos until the battery dies. )

I switched to the Note 10+ as well and sold my XS Max. I switch between iOS and Android all the time. I'll give the Note a year and see what Apple has for 5G next year.

Samsung Note 10+ seems to be a nice piece of hardware However Android is a major minus
Privacy with Samsung phones is non existent

The A11 chip is neck and neck and in some cases beats the chipset in the newest Android flagships (like the Note 10). The A12 is still ahead and the A13 will be a nuke.

Honestly, except for the small minority of consumers who have major spec fetishes (no offense) I don't think that the performance of chips is a major selling point anymore, nor is the fact that Android phones come with as much as 12 GB of RAM. Flagship phones have been major overkill for most users for at least a few years now. People don't need a "nuke" of a chip to send texts or launch Instagram. Now it's basically the quality of the camera, the beauty of the display and overall design, and neat new features that sell phones.

And camera quality is currently a massively overhyped feature. I’ve never understood why so much time and effort has been put into reviewing the camera part of phones when it’s been good enough for a few years now.

Will you get iPhone 11 as the Samsung Note 10 Plus is trending?
Err, what does one have to do with the other?
Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is trending simply because of marketing. In reality, even Samsung's own numbers showed that they don't really sell that much of the Note and S series. Majority of their sales come from the M and A series.

In some markets, Samsung throws in a 43" TV with a purchase of the Note 10. Makes you wonder how "great" the Note 10 really is if you need to give a TV to convince people to buy one.

It seems to be like a "nice" piece of hardware, until you realize there are plenty of Chinese phones that already did a better job than Samsung. Realme, Xiaomi, etc all don't even have holes or notches anymore on their phones, using completely full screen, while Samsung is still doing a notch/hole. OnePlus even already had a 90hz OLED screen months before this, and theirs don't cost $1k.

I would be embarrassed if I were Samsung.

Consumers care about the camera, Because it’s the most notarized and popular feature on any smart phone, is the camera. Rather every camera be slightly different, they all have different ranges in which they produce photos. Also, keep in mind, when they’re (Tech critics) are reviewing a camera on a smart phone, it’s not just the photo quality, it’s all the different features that the camera is capable for that particular smart phone that many users probably don’t know how utilize.

Friend bought a Note 10, I handled it today. No interest in it because Android, but no denying that it felt like a really nice, futuristic piece of hardware.

My Xs with its chunky bezels felt positively dated in comparison after just 10-15 seconds handling the note.
