Those are editions the disc can install. Those aren't installations on your hard drive.

Okay. So how do I re-install Windows? Can I do this without losing my files?

So I get to here and select the Upgrade option?

Can you please explain how I follow these instructions..? Is it like this?:

1) Plug off USB stick
2) Click close and click "Power off"
3) Turn MacBook on and boot from which Partition? BOOTCAMP or the USB stick?
If I boot to the BOOTCAMP partition, I get the error with the black screen and the blinking bar. Can't do anything.
