Windows iDisk Utility for XP - I need a very small favor

I can get into the system32 folder but, unfortunetly the shortcut didn't work as well as I had hoped

Next time, if you want to have your files accessible from anywhere off iDisk, just put your files in your Sites folder. Then it'll literally be just http://homepage.mac.com/username/filename.ext into your favorite browser.

...assuming they haven't blocked the .mac.com domain...

At the beginning of the school year i couldn't even use a thumbdrive or any USB device on my school computer. F'in Windows NT locked down like iron.

Fortunately I'm "special" enough at school to pull a few strings with the admin to get permission to do it.



The odds are you'll never get through because there is most likely a server side firewall blocking all traffic for ftp etc.

Well I'm home now, I copied the iDisk Utility exe to the USB drive and it runs fine by itself. I can access FTP sites so I think it'll be fine. I think I'm all set now, Firefox, iDisk Utility, and Sonic the hedgehog is on my USB drive. Perfect for when I'm done with my school work
